OFFICIAL AIRDROP RULES (LEGAL STRUCTURE)
These Official Rules govern the CEARSI Queen's Airdrop promotional campaign. By participating, you agree to these rules and the CEARSI Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
A purchase or payment is not required to enter or win. Purchasing CEAR tokens will not increase your odds of winning.
2. ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Open to individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction). Employees, advisors, and affiliates of CEARSI and their immediate family members are not eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants must complete the entry actions listed above. Incomplete or automated entries are void.
5. WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using a verifiable random selection process.
6. PRIZES
A total of 1,000,000 CEAR tokens will be distributed among 20–50 winners. Tokens have no cash value. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted.
7. TAXES
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.
8. DISQUALIFICATION
Any fraudulent, automated, or ineligible entries will result in disqualification.
9. DATA PRIVACY
By entering, participants agree that CEARSI may collect and use their information solely for the purpose of administering this promotion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. CHANGES
CEARSI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason without prior notice.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
12. NO PUBLISHED LEADERBOARD
CEARSI will not publish a public leaderboard, ranking, or live standings during the campaign. Winner selection and verification are performed privately.
